Our process is Partnership.

Previous and repeat clients are responsible for more than half of our annual work, year over year. Fostering meaningful partnerships with our clients is the cornerstone of our organization. Here at Ecclesia Construction, our open-book approach bridges the gap between customer and contractor. We provide a conception to completion process, centered around client control, yet guided by a team of experts - keeping your priorities, budget, and timeline on track.

This is our way of getting on the same page. We’ll come together to collaboratively define and better understand your project’s timeline, budget, and overall mission - all of which at no cost to you.
We provide open-book project pricing not only to ensure accountability and transparency, but also to collaborate with our clients and make decisions together that ultimately advance their vision. This approach allows for the exploration, research, and discussion of alternative materials and methods during the preconstruction phase to best meet client needs.
Our team provides daily and weekly progress reports, including detailed specifics and imagery - accessible 24/7 via our client portal.
We also invite our clients to participate in our daily scrum calls, where project managers and superintendents discuss the day’s goals, setbacks, and resolutions.
