Phase 1. Vision

This is our way of getting on the same page. We’ll collaboratively define and get a better understanding of your project’s projected timeline, budget, and overall mission. Post-meeting, we’ll conduct an internal review and then suggest an architect who we believe will best match your vision. - all of which at no cost to you.

This is where we will meet with the architect to delve into the details. The workshop will cover programming, property, budget, design, preparation, and the path forward.

After collaboratively determining the best approach, subcontractors, and timeline for your vision, we'll provide you with a detailed proposal and a realistic perspective of how Ecclesia Construction can complete your project.
Phase 2. Approach

Scheduling is a crucial aspect of our project management process, which involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing the timeline and activities required to bring your vision to life.

In the pre-construction stage of your project, we will need to obtain various municipal or governmental permits. Not only does our regional focus allow us to obtain permits efficiently, but our team also offers comprehensive guidance in this to ensure their timely acquisition, preventing delays or setbacks.

We'll take a variety of talented leaders throughout our company and mold a team that we believe to be best suited for your vision. You will have unlimited access to the members of your team throughout the duration of your project.
Phase 3. Construction

Our team implements Daily Scrum calls between project managers and superintendents. Clients are invited to participate in these calls as little or as frequently as they’d like.

We’ve created a client portal utilizing various apps amongst Google Suite. This gives clients universal access to their project’s specs, updates, and timeline throughout the duration of construction. We regularly update client portals with daily progress updates and weekly accomplishments.

Our team provides daily and weekly progress reports, including detailed specifics and imagery - accessible 24/7 via our client portal.
We also invite our clients to participate in our daily scrum calls, where project managers and superintendents discuss the day’s goals, setbacks, and resolutions.
