In this collaborative session, we explore your project’s goals, budget expectations, timeline, and overall mission to ensure we’re all moving in the same direction from day one. Following the meeting, our team conducts an internal review and thoughtfully recommends an architect who we believe best fits your vision—all at no cost to you. It’s the first step in building with purpose and clarity.

The Workshop stage is where ideas take shape. Together with the architect, we’ll dive deep into the details—covering programming, site analysis, budget alignment, design direction, and overall project strategy. It’s a focused, collaborative session designed to lay a clear, informed foundation for everything that follows.

Phase 3. Construction

Our daily scrum calls are quick, structured check-ins between project managers and superintendents. Each person shares what was completed yesterday, what’s planned for today, and any obstacles that could impact progress. These calls keep field and office teams aligned, ensure accountability, and help us proactively address issues to keep projects on track.

We’ve developed a streamlined client portal using integrated Google Suite tools, giving clients centralized, real-time access to their project’s specifications, progress photos, and timeline. Throughout construction, we keep the portal up to date with daily field notes and comprehensive weekly summaries—ensuring full transparency and keeping clients informed every step of the way.

Safety is a daily priority on every project. Our superintendents conduct jobsite walkthroughs each morning, lead toolbox talks, and ensure all crews follow site-specific safety protocols. We proactively identify and address potential hazards to maintain a safe working environment for everyone on site.
Phase 4. P.C.P Process

Our project landing checklist is a carefully crafted closeout process designed to deliver a clean, complete, and confident handoff. From final inspections and detailed punch list walks to organized turnover packages and client orientation, every step is intentional—ensuring our clients not only receive a finished space, but a well-documented, fully supported transition into use.

As part of our commitment to quality and accountability, we implement a multi-project manager walkthrough at the end of each job. This involves bringing in a project manager from a separate site to walk the project alongside the assigned PM—offering a fresh set of eyes to catch details that may have been overlooked. It’s a collaborative, intentional step in our closeout process that helps ensure every project meets our highest standards before turnover.

Our turnover process is more than just a final step—it’s a thoughtful transition. We provide a well-organized closeout package that includes as-built drawings, warranties, and all relevant documentation, ensuring clients have everything they need at their fingertips. We also lead a detailed walkthrough to review the finished work and answer any questions, making sure the handoff is clear, confident, and complete.
