Current Safety / Experience Modification Rating (EMR): 93 (We’ve held a higher safety record than the industry average for over a decade)
All complex projects are initially assessed and reviewed by a third-party consultant group that specializes in proactive safety measures.
Daily onsite safety meetings and logs kept track of via Jonas Premier tracking.
Quality.
We have implemented a comprehensive quality assurance program that ensures the highest standards are consistently met throughout every phase of construction. From our curated selection of subcontractors to our unique project close-out process (PCP), our dedicated team is committed to upholding excellence and delivering results that reflect our unwavering commitment to quality.
We’ve created a client portal utilizing various apps amongst Google Suite. This gives clients universal access to their project’s specs, updates, and timeline throughout the duration of construction.
Our team implements Daily Scrum calls between project managers and superintendents. Clients are invited to participate in these calls as little or as frequently as they’d like.
We build lasting relationships with our subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing, accountability, and the highest quality of work.
As stewards of God's creation, we aim to serve as an instrument in His plan and take it as our responsibility to minimize environmental impact throughout our organization.
