Watermark Church Phase 2 Expansion

Troutman, North Carolina

Watermark Church in Troutman, NC has been growing steadily, and with that growth came the need for more room to connect and gather. Phase 2 of their campus expansion was designed to meet that need in practical and welcoming ways.

A Larger Lobby

The new 7,000-square-foot lobby gives people space to slow down, talk, and feel at home before and after services. One of its most meaningful features is the waterfall that flows into the baptistry, a daily reminder of the church’s mission to see lives renewed in Christ.

Space to Gather Outdoors

Alongside the lobby, the project added 8,000 square feet of outdoor gathering space. The patio, outdoor kitchen, and shaded pergola create room for everything from casual conversations to church-wide events. A new café inside ties it all together, giving people even more ways to connect throughout the week.

Looking Ahead

This expansion wasn’t only about adding to Watermark Church’s campus. It was about creating spaces that foster connection, strengthen relationships, and, above all, advance God’s Kingdom. We are blessed to partner with Watermark and look forward to serving them in the future.
